Understand fundamental economic laws and how the nature of certain 'things' affect the way they are used and the profits that are possible. We will then use these learnings to analyse carbon trading, resource wars and the battle working classes have versus the ease of speculative profits. With a bit of history, some multimedia and interactive games, participants will leave with the knowledge that economics is an essential life skill.
Held on Tuesday nights in May, this is a 4 week course with the 1st session the most important. The final session will give a basic outline of statistical analysis - how to calculate your own qualitative findings. Also research tips.
