This small exhibition features artists who work with waste materials in creating their various art forms. The display includes artworks incorporating abandoned, discarded or second-hand items that have been repurposed and upcycled – in effect, creating art using waste. Works in different mediums – painting, sculpture, ceramics and mosaics, all integrating salvaged or reclaimed materials – is on display during library hours.

PARTICIPATING ARTISTS

The artists participating in the exhibition are Nancy D. Lane, Pat Duncan, Deidre Ogilvie, Mardie Whitla, Luna Cameron-Parrish, Julia Zoellner and Milos Pelikan. Among them, they work with ceramics, mosaics, papier mache, acrylic and oil paints, all in conjunction with reclaimed waste materials.

Open 10:00am-6:00pm Monday to Thursday; 1:00pm-6:00pm Friday; 10:00am-1:00pm Saturday; 12:00pm-4:00pm Sunday.
